Alfredo is one of the top Honduran talents in the world right now. He started his career in the Honduran top tier, where has over 130 games played under his belt. In 2014 he was signed by Greek Superleague side Panthrakikos, where he made 50 appearances. After Panthrakikos he had a short stint with Maratón in Honduras, before returning to Greece to sign with Xanthi FC in the Greek Superleague in 2017, where he currently plays.
At the international level, Alfredo has represented Honduras at all the youth national team levels, and currently the senior national team with whom he has 41 caps.
He has featured in World Cup Qualifiers, Gold Cup, Centroamerica Cup, as well as the U20 World Cup, and the 2012 Summer Olympic Games.
